1 Brush and floss daily
One of the basic rules is that precautionary actions to any oral health problem begin with good oral sanitation.
Don’t forget to brush your teeth at least two times a day. Try and use toothpaste that contains fluoride in its composition. Floss once or twice a day if possible after dinner. Flossing eradicates plaque from areas that the toothbrush isn’t able to reach like between your teeth and under the gum line.
